Chuck Eye Steak
G&TBeefAs it name implies, the Chuck Eye comes from the flavorful front of the beef called the Chuck. However because it is an extension of the Rib eye muscle, it is highly marbled and juicy, much like the steaks from the Rib. It has the added benefit of being more economical than the rib steaks. Cut about 1 inch thick, chuck eye steaks are excellent grilled.
